All of the wine brands sold in Viniteca Mayol, both on site and via Internet, undergo a prior analysis in our in-house laboratory. Here, tastings are also carried out by a technician-enologist upon the main entry of the wines into the warehouse.

The technician completes a score card for each of the wines marketed, in addition to supervising the analysis carried out in the laboratory on the samples or first bottles received from the wine making cellars. This is done to complete and expand the available information on the product.
This specialized analysis and tasting, as well as the appropriate later conservation, reinforce the guarantee of quality for consumers.

From the results obtained in the laboratory and in tasting, along with the description proved by the wine maker, a card will be developed, which can be consulted in the shop by customers or visitors. Some of these cards are in the selection offered on this website.

The laboratory has all of the apparatus and equipment for the necessary analytical determinations, in addition to the organoleptic testing of the wines.
